Pioneering Regenerative Medicine Advancements

Born and raised in Chicago, George attended the University of Illinois in Chicago where he received a B.S. in data analysis and marketing. He began working in the medical industry at the age of 17 overseeing inventory management during summers and winter breaks. After earning his degree, George accepted a position as territory manager for the same orthopedic company. After years of sales, his specialty shifted from orthopedic implants to biologics. With his move to this new market, George is in charge of the education and training of new representatives, as well as the management of their territories. 

Bri Phenegar is a support specialist for Oculus Biologics with extensive experience in inside sales, administrative logistics, inventory management, insurance verification and customer service. Before joining the Oculus Biologics team, she began her career as an administrative assistant; however, she was quickly promoted to a sales position due to her reputation of reliability, efficiency working with cross-functional teams and forging strong, productive relationships with customers.

With a passion for sales and proven track record for success, Bri strives to exceed expectations and provide the right regenerative solutions to drive revenue growth for her customers. Her attention to detail and quick follow up make her a critical support point for both new and existing customers as well as the internal team.

Outside of work, Bri enjoys cooking, hiking, attending concerts, and has recently begun exploring the underwater world through scuba diving.

Olivia grew up in Skokie, Illinois, where she developed a love for sports, education and her dog, Marian Hossa. After discovering a passion for the sciences, she pursued a degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago and chose a concentration in neural engineering.

Some of Olivia’s favorite hobbies include playing basketball, walks in the woods and hanging out with her family.

Lucas Maurella is the accounts manager for Oculus Biologics and is responsible for accounts payables and
receivables as well as the recordation of all assets and liabilities for the company. Coming from a
background in accounting, specifically tax preparation and payroll services, Lucas is currently pursuing
his CPA license.

Outside of work, his fiancé and son Wyatt love to spend time outdoors together, cooking together, and DIY-ing.
