Oculus Biologics offers a convenient tissue tracking process for hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers and clinics.
Tissue tracking documentation is included in every unit of our products, along with a product sticker correlating to the contained tissue. The sticker should be applied to the tracking card. Once the tracking card is filled out with the required patient information you can then email it to:
